Shane Oliver, 25th Anniversary Battle of Medak Pocket

Just a Biography

Hello my hockey friends, I’m Shane Oliver, The Hobby Hockey Enthusiast.  Born and raised in Prince Edward Island.  I Left home in 1990 to join the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry.  After 21 years of hard charging, many tours and ops (Citation, Battle of the Medak Pocket, Charlie Company), I sustained and endured over ten concussions.  My brain couldn’t take another battle.  So I left my beloved comrades and told myself that for the rest of my life I’m going to work for myself, and make people smile.  This company is all me spending as much time as I can in a rink, on a diamond or near a field.  Taking pictures, video, and creating those special moments that we all want for our favorite player(s).  Google “Shane Oliver Concussions” for my complete story.  You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, and you’ll learn about Concussions and life in the Infantry.

Thank You for Listening

Shane
